MOBIS II

Mobis II is a free-standing, ergonomically tilted leaning seat. Its minimalist shape supports your body in a semi-upright position, keeps your spine in its natural position and keeps your largest muscle groups active.

How does it work?

Mobis is not an ordinary chair: you do not sit on it, you lean on it. Of Focal Upright's leaning seats, Mobis offers the most controlled movement and the greatest stability. It gently lifts you into an ergonomically comfortable position where your hips stay relaxed and your thighs slope downwards. The pivoting seat leg allows a little movement, so the numbness familiar from sitting does not set in. The Tri-Flex seat cushion is wide and supportive.

To who and where does Mobis fit?

Mobis is a good match for a standing workstation or a height-adjustable desk. The oval base takes up little floor space, so Mobis also suits small spaces. It is especially suited to people who want a stable, soft and more upright working position. Mobis is suitable for, for example, workstations at home and in the office, meeting and group work spaces, checkouts and service points.

Features

Pivoting seat leg: moves 10° sideways and 12° forward; the home position is 5° forward of vertical.
Leg bushing: smooth height adjustment and 90° rotation.
The base anchors the seat and softens the movement of the leg.
The grip ring on the underside of the base prevents slipping.
Tri-Flex seat cushion: contoured for the sitting bones, with a waterfall edge that reduces pressure on the upper thighs.
Easy-to-use gas spring release handles raise and lower the seat.
The handle under the seat makes it easy to move.
Seat cushion colour: black. Red, yellow and blue seat cushions available separately.
